- Description: The Angat Water Transmission Improvement Project (AWTIP, the “Project”) aims to improve the reliability and security of the raw water through rehabilitation and improvement of the transmission system from Ipo to La Mesa and the introduction of water safety, risk and asset management plans. The Project involves the construction of a new 4.20 meters tunnel (Tunnel no. 4) about 6.40 kilometer long and of the related intake works at Ipo Dam and the connections between the Tunnel outlet and the existing aqueducts at Bigte.
- Project Components: Investigation of Soils and Underground Seismic Survey; Surveys and Investigations of existing Structures and Plants; Detailed Topographic Survey Detail of Land and existing Structures; Design of Logistics Infrastructure; Design of Access Road; Assistance for release; monitoring and controlling the project.
